Thank you for shopping with us at Plant Mom! We’re committed to delivering healthy, happy plants right to your door. Please read our shipping policy below to know what to expect after placing your order.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. We take extra care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During high-demand periods or severe weather, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the US only.

Rates May Vary depending on Weight/Size of the box.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

🌱 Live Plant Shipping

To ensure the health and safety of your plants, we:

  • Only ship live plants Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays

  • Use eco-friendly, protective packaging

  • Pause shipping during extreme weather to prevent damage

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your plant’s journey to your home.

💔 Damaged or Delayed Shipments

We do our best to pack plants securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

🌎 International Shipping

We’re not currently offering international shipping, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter for updates.
